Outlook can not open the default e-mail folders

You try to use the Auto Account Setup to connect to your microsoft outlook 2010 download e-mail account through Outlook, the following message may appear.

Unable to open default email folders. Microsoft Exchange is unavailable. May be a network problem, or the Exchange computer maintenance has been closed.

If the mailbox is disabled by the administrator of the domain Cached Exchange Mode, this error may be in the Auto Account Setup process. If you disable the domain Cached Exchange Mode, you need to use POP or IMAP connection to your mailbox.

If the Auto Account Setup is unable to successfully enable you to connect to your account and you need to immediately connect to your email account, use a Web browser that supports POP or IMAP e-mail program to connect to your account through Outlook Web App .

If your e-mail account is the type to be registered, you must first log on to Outlook Web Access, to register it. If you have not registered your account through Outlook Web App, will fail to connect to your e-mail accounts through Outlook. Sign in to your account, please log off. And then try to use Outlook to connect.

If the Auto Account Setup is unable to successfully connect to your account, please follow one or more of the following:
Wait a few minutes and try again.

If you need to immediately connect to your email account, use a Web browser that supports POP or IMAP e-mail program to connect to your account through Outlook Web App.

If you know the name of the person of your mailbox, please contact them and report the error you encountered when trying to establish a connection using Outlook.

For each Outlook profile, Outlook 2010 supports only one Exchange e-mail account. If your Outlook is running, try to add a second Exchange account to a configuration file, you may receive the following error.

If your download outlook 2010 profile contain an Exchange account, you may need to first delete the current profile or create a new profile, and then to perform the steps in this topic.

You can also use POP or IMAP to connect to your e-mail account.
